The divorce rate these days is somewhere around 50%. I wish I knew what the difference was in relationships now, as opposed to the relationships of those few who have been together for 40-50 years. I know that we have be come a collective of people who want everything right away instead of taking the time to build a future, and maybe thats whats causing relationships to fail. Maybe people are looking for everything too fast and rushing in? Maybe a lot of it is money, I am not sure what the answer really is but I do know that if you love someone, if you really truly love someone, enough to want to spend your life with this person.. then you don’t just give up and walk away. Not with out fighting to save it. That’s why we have people like pastors, and marriage counselors to go to.
