Ever notice how on TV and Hollywood that the cop who is retiring will usually die on the day of his retirement. Whether by his own hand, the hand of another, or the  hand of fate.

Thats insane coincidence! I doubt it been duplicated much in real life.  it is possible just not as common asHollywood seems to think.

And if you subscribe to that stuff, than you would certainly think that only suspended police detectives can solve cases.

Lets be honest, if I get suspended from my job, I wouldnt think about it. I am sleeping in. Drinking beer, watching TV. But I am not going to concern myself with whether things are working out with my employer after he gives me a vacation. I am on vacation!
